All the elements of ventilation walls are made of four-planed pinewood or sprucewood with rounded edges. It decreases the risk of mechanical damages of the system and it provides long term trouble-free work. The outer layer of the wall consists of waterproof plywood which is made of wood from broadleaved trees and is covered both sides with phenolic film 120g/m2.
Depending on the product the wall is upholdstered with a board with a thickness from 9 to 18mm.
All the materials used for linking and those for montage are of the highest quality and all of them are galvanized what is very important for keeping products.

All wood which will be used to production is 3 or 4 – layer laminated scantlings for windows and doorproduction. Laminated according DIN EN 204 D4 and top and bottom layer made of high quality wood. On the request You can also buy hatches made of Pine wood whitch is laminated with the same technology like meranti.
Isolation of hatch is an insulation board with a core of rigid polyisocyanurate foam, faced on both sides with a gastight multi-layered complex with multi-layer laminate resistant to permeation of gases. The insulation is placed in a wooden frame and covered with a waterproof plywood of five layers of adhesive bonding and phenol.
Plywood is covered on both sides with phenolic film 120g / m2, which provides the possibility of mounting the dampers in the temperature range from -40 ° C to + 40 ° C and in an atmosphere having a humidity of 0% to 100%.
